New Ipad 5 In September. What Is There To Be Excited About?

We had to do some work to gather this facts for you, as the day there does not appear to be much of it. Check it out.

Apple have always been good at reading the market and they have obviously spent a lot of money and spent a lot of time listening to what people want in the tablet market. It was just such knowledge and research that prompted the company to follow up the iPad release with an addition, in the form of a smaller unit, the iPad Mini. So what is the difference between the iPad and the iPad Mini? Well in a word, it is, size. As both sizes of iPad have been a commercial success for the company it would seem that here are different customers in the tablet market that are after different size screens. In this case significantly different size screens.

Samsung Galaxy Tabpro 8.4: Ipad Mini Retina Killer Hands-on

After looking around this morning, this particular blurb caught our interest.

Like the other Pro tablets, the 8.4 has quite a few business focused software features, such as a free full version of Hancom Office for viewing and editing Microsoft Office docs. However, one disappointment is that since this is a Tab, not a Note, there is no S Pen stylus. Samsung Galaxy TabPro 8.4 Tech Specs Unlike its bigger WiFi model brothers that use the Samsung Exynos 5 SoC, the TabPro 8.4 has a Snapdragon 800 SoC, and its all the better for it. Our testing shows that its one of the most powerful Android tablets currently on the market. Strangely, though, this even though it has the Snapdragon SoC, it does NOT have LTE capability, unlike the bigger Galaxy Pro tablets that use the same SoC. However, its more than likely an LTE version of the TabPro 8.4 will follow. The 8.4 has a gorgeous 2560×1600 359 PPI screen that eclipses the iPad Mini Retina’s 326 PPI. Its Adreno 330 GPU is able to run any Android game you throw at it super-smoothly, even on such a high-resolution screen, making the TabPro 8.4 a killer Android gaming device.

And Now Samsung Skewers Apple’s Ipad Air Pencil Ad

Sometimes you really must simplify when looking to buy appropriate data in a sea of clutter. This provides a good summary of some of the current trends.

(Credit: Screenshot by CNET) This isn’t going to stop, is it? Samsung is going to relentlessly tweak Apple’s slightly tired-looking cheek until everyone in the playground is laughing. In another new ad that chuckles at Apple’s allegedly retrograde nature, Samsung — or rather its California-based creative types — decides to take the well-known iPad Air ad featuring a pencil and suck the air out of it. Should you have somehow forgotten this Apple ad, it’s the one in which an iPad Air is said — by Walter White of “Breaking Bad” — to be thinner than a pencil (video below). So now Samsung wants to suggest this argument is thinner than the iPad Air. More Technically Incorrect Martin Scorsese, Jonah Hill join Fallon in dissing hashtags The memorably named Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is, you might be stunned to hear (and see), even thinner than the iPad Air. It’s got HD, too. Oh, and let’s not forget the multitasking.

Microsoft Office For Ios Could Launch Before Windows Tablet Version

According to Mary Jo Foley, Microsoft sources have confirmed that MS Office for Windows 8 tablets is on course for launch over the coming months, but as current pace will actually launch after the long-awaited arrival of Office for iPad. Redmond confirmed last year that Office for iOS was under development, though gave no specifics as to its final release date. Of course, Steve Ballmer who was CEO at the time made it clear that Office for Windows tablets was the priority and would therefore arrive quite a way ahead of the iOS version, but its not looking like for one reason or another, this wont be the case. While she doesnt give any specific reason as to why, Foley insists that the decision has been reversed and that executives have agreed on the decision to make Office for iOS the first of the two to hit the market the app will now make its way out just as soon as its ready. So without deliberately holding it back just for the sake of it, this could mean the iOS version will land before the Windows tablet version something that would a few months ago have seemed nothing short of a fairy-tale.

First 64-bit Windows 8.1 Bay Trail Tablets Coming To Mwc 2014

Here is something interesting that we discovered the other day.

But why is that? The main reason users go for 64-installation of the OS is to be able to take advantage of more than 4GB of RAM, which isn’t really an issue for tablets, because not a lot of them tend to pack more than 2GB. Nevertheless, Nathan Brookwood, principal analyst for Insight 64, claims theres a demand for such tablets, coming via IT organizations, as they are looking to standardize on 64-bit images and 64-bit apps. However, we should note the first wave of Bay Trail devices was targeted at regular consumers, but thats expected to change with upcoming batches, which will be destined towards the business crowd. Dell already confirmed for the publication that it would add 64-bit OS support to its already popular line of Bay Trail-based Venue 8 Pro and Venue 11 Pro tablets somewhere later this year. Moreover, Microsoft confirmed as well that several 64-bit models were going to be unveiled soon enough. Even though two of the Venue 11 Pro models could be compatible with 64-bit Windows, this has been achieved by slipping a Haswell processor under the hood, which is typically used in laptops. This resulted into a bulkier device compared to its Bay Trail-powered counterparts.

Ipad Air 2, Ipad 6 Rumors Claim Walmart Deal Indicates Earlier Release Date

There is not much info out there on this subject today, so this is all we’ve for you. What do you think?

iPad Air 2, iPad 6 Rumors Claim Walmart Deal Indicates Earlier Release Date

The idea is to break into the business market and compete against the Microsoft Surface 2 . So what do we actually know about the iPad Air 2? Apple has slowly been straying away from naming their iPad releases after numbers. For example, instead of releasing an iPad 5 they released an iPad Air. But naming the new iPad 6 the iPad Air 2 would make sense depending on how they position the tablet. We do know the existing iPad Air is outselling the iPad Mini by a significant margin so that gives Apple incentive to produce a sequel despite a lawsuit targeting the display technology . We also know that the iPad Air is slower than a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 so Apple needs to up their game by increasing the speed of the iPad Air CPU. Overall, most experts expect a new display with a faster response time and better battery efficiency, a slightly smaller/lighter chassis, an improved camera, and the implementation of the Touch ID fingerprint sensor that was made famous by the iPhone 5S.

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro Vs Ipad Air: Worth $150 More?

I find it is necessary to never take any info for granted, there’s normally something to learn. Below is a lot of possible stuff to study from.

The iPad cant run more than one app at a time, although iOS 7 at least makes it simple to switch between apps. Google has reportedly asked Samsung to tone down its Magazine UX and remove some of its homegrown apps, but it doesnt look like Samsung has any plans to change the Note Pros user experience anytime soon. Productivity The Galaxy Note Pro brings Samsungs S Pen to the party, offering the ability to take notes, draw and use convenient features like Air Command for quickly getting things done with the stylus. But in order to position this slate as a true laptop replacement, Samsung is also including Remote PC software for accessing your desktop while on the go and Hancom Office for working on office docs. For aiding text entry, Samsung has revamped its on-screen touch keyboard to closely mirror a traditional laptop, complete with arrow keys and familiar shortcuts like cut and paste. Not good enough? Samsung has partnered with Logitech, Belkin and Zagg to create Bluetooth keyboard cases for this large tablet. MORE: Best Tablets 2014 The iPad Air has plenty of business-friendly software, too, including the free and improved iWork suite, which benefits from iCloud integration. In addition, the App Store stocks dozens and dozens of productivity apps, although the lack of a central file system irks some owners.
